Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Commissioner Frans Timmermans and DG CLIMA and their cabinet with multiple organisations.

1) Meeting with Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles (ACEA) on 19/09/2022 about CO2 standards for trucks.
2) Meeting with Stellantis on 26/09/2022 about the Shift to Electric Mobility.
3) Meeting with Daimler Truck AG (DT AG) on 12/10/2022 about getting zero emission trucks on the roads.
4) Meeting with Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft (VOLKSWAGEN AG) on 26/09/2022 on the transition to green mobility.

Dear Mr. Youriev,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 24.10.2022 under case number 2022/6043.

We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 16.11.2022, since the documents
requested originate from third parties, which have been consulted.

Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 7.12.2022.
