Meetings druing COP21

La demande est réussie.

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of all meetings an events the EU delegation attended during the COP21 (28.11.15-13.12.15)(especially Commissioner Canete, members of his Cabinet and/or his staff)
- all existing minutes and records of these meetings

Thank you very much,

Ronja Heise

Action pour le climat

Dear Ms Heise,

Thank you for your email.
Your request is a very broadly formulated one. Its current scope does not enable us to identify within the time limit the documents which would correspond to your request. Could you please, pursuant to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, make a more targeted request and provide us with more detailed information on the documents which you seek to obtain?
We would particularly appreciate more information as of the time scope of your request (i.e. are you interested in COP meetings on a particular day?), the topics discussed, and the participants to these meetings (names of DG CLIMA officials and/or members of the Cabinet) and provide us with any other relevant information which would enable us to identify the documents falling under your request.

The 15 working days' time limit for handling your application will start running when we receive the requested clarification.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Kind Regards,

Mathilde CREPY

Dear Mrs. Heise,

I refer to your email dated January 19^th 2016 in which you requested to
be provided access to Commission documents.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday, 10^th February 2016.
Indeed, the consultation of the third parties from which some of the
identified documents originate is still on-going.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 2^nd March 2016.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kind Regards,

Dear Climate Action,

Thank you for your response!

Unfortunately the table of meetings got transformed into plain text by inserting it in the message - making it very mixed up. Would you be able to provide me with the meetings in an separate document (including the links to minutes)?

Yours faithfully,

Ronja Heise
