Meetings of Commissioner Mairead McGuinness with industry representatives
Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Commissioner Mairead McGuinness and with organisations:
1. Meeting with EUROCHAMBRES – Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (eurochambres) on 22/04/2021 regarding "Capital Markets Union Sustainable Finance Post Covid Recovery"
2. Meeting with EuropeanIssuers (EuropeanIssuers) on 20/04/2021 regarding " Financial sustainable - Taxonomy"
3. Meeting with European Association of Co-operative Banks (EACB) on 13/04/2021 regarding "Basel 111 Corporate Management Covid-19 & EU response Banking Union"
4. Meeting with Aviva Plc (Aviva) on 13/04/2021 regarding "Solvency II, Insurance"
5. Meeting with European Banking Federation (EBF) on 22/03/2021 regarding “Introductory Meeting, Covid Recovery, Basel III”
Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. I would prefer that the Commission’s search and deliberations concerning particular documents not delay the production of documents the Commissions has already retrieved and decided to produce.

I refer to your requests concerning our Directorate General registered
under GESTDEM number 2021/2799, 2021/2797 and 2021/2795. The new time
limit for all these requests will expire on 15/6/2021.
You will receive firstly our answer concerning request GESTDEM 2021/2799
on 16 April 2021 and we are dealing with the other requests which will
require more time due to search of documents, consultations, assessment of
documents and drafting the answer.
