Dear DG FISMA,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:
All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of the Commissioner Mairead McGuinness and Cabinet with multiple organisations.

4. Meeting of Asociación Española de Banca (AEB) Banco Santander, S.A. BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA (BBVA) with Tommy De Temmerman on the 20/10/2021 on Basel III (The meeting was shared with the Cabinet Dombrovskis)
5. Meeting of BUSINESSEUROPE with Katherine Power on the 09/11/2021 on Sustainable finance
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
