Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of the Commissioner Mairead McGuinness and Cabinet with multiple organisations.
1. Meeting with AMUNDI AM on 24/01/2022 regarding "sustainable finance"
2. Meeting with Citigroup Inc. (Citi) and Banking & Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI) on 13/01/2022 regarding "Banking package, AML, sustainability"
3. Meeting with UniCredit on 11/01/2022 regarding "Banking Union, ESG/green transition"
4. Meeting with Insurance Europe (Insurance Europe) on 11/01/2022 regarding "Solvency II, sustainable finance"
5. Meeting with Swedbank AS, Swedbank AB (publ) (Swedbank), Nykredit Realkredit A/S (Nykredit), Finance Denmark (FIDA), Finanssiala ry - Finance Finland (FA - FFI), Nordea Bank Abp (Nordea), Finance Norway (Finans Norge), Danske Bank A/S, Swedish Bankers´ Association (SBA) on 09/12/2021 regarding "Basel III"
