Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a list of all meetings held with EUTOP consultancy in the past year, as well as all written communication between the lobbyfirm and DG connect or within DG connect concerning EUTOP.
This list should include the date of the meeting, the topics discussed, and the names of all attendees from the Commission and EUTOP. We would also like to receive any minutes or meeting reports.
At the time of writing, EUTOP remains outside the EU lobby transparency register; we would like the list of meetings produced to include Commissioner Oettinger, his Cabinet, and Director-General Roberto Viola (because we understand that meetings between these individuals and unregistered lobbyists cannot be physically uploaded to the Commission’s published lobby meetings lists), and all other DG Connect officials. The request for communication also refers to the Commissioner, his Cabinet, Director General and all other DG Trade officials

my name is Lisa Hirdes and Iam working with Nina Katzemich from LobbyControl.
Thank you for your reply dated from 26.08.2016 concerning the request for access to documents – Ref GestDem No 2016/3888.
As you stated, there have no records of official meetings been found in the last year between EUTOP and Commissioner G.H. Oettinger, his cabinet members, yourself or any other officials in your DG.
We would like to know if there have been no meetings at all aside from official ones.
