Dear Energy,

Thank you for the initial offering.

Can you please confirm that this means you've not met, spoken to or corresponded with anyone (another EU institution, a third party e.g. the project promoter or a national government) about the
Alexandroupolis LNG terminal outside of these meetings?

In my request, I explicitly ask for a list of meetings, minutes, and all correspondence "between DG Energy and other European Union bodies and/or third parties on the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal, pipepline and metering and regulating station between January 2016 and 30 March 2017".

If this is the case, then I can close the file, but if it is not the case, please send through any other meetings, minutes and/or correspondence relating to the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal, pipepline and metering and regulating station.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido

Dear Mr Sabido,

We can confirm that beyond the PCI and CESEC processes no meetings have
been organized in DG ENERGY or at the level of the cabinets of the
Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy and of the Vice-President
Šefčovič specifically dedicated to the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal.

Best regards,

ENER B1 PROJECTS

Dear Energy,

I'm confused at why you have narrowed my request to meetings "organized in DG ENERGY or at the level of the cabinets of the Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy and of the Vice-President Šefčovič specifically dedicated to the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal".

Firstly, the request covers all meetings that covered the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal, pipepline and metering and regulating, not just those specifically dedicated to them. This includes within DG Energy, with other departments and with external parties such as project promoters, ENTSO-G or the gas lobby.

Secondly, my original request went far further than just meetings. It also includes all correspondence (written, email) which refers to the Alexandroupolis LNG terminal, pipepline and metering and regulating.

Please ensure you provide all the relevant documents, as originally requested.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido
