Dear Budget,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of lobby meetings held by DG Budget with Facebook or its intermediaries. The list should include: date, individuals attending + organisational affiliation, the issues discussed;

- minutes and other reports of these meetings;

- all correspondence (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) between DG Budget (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and Facebook or any intermediaries representing its interests.

We refer to your e-mail dated 25 April 2018 in which you make a request to
receive a list of lobby meetings held by DG Budget with Facebook or its
intermediaries, minutes and other reports of these meetings and all
correspondence between DG Budget and Facebook or any intermediaries
representing its interests.

 

I would like to inform you that between 01/01/2017 and 30/05/2018 there
were no lobby meetings held by DG Budget with Facebook or its
intermediaries.

 

Please, note that this reply does not cover any correspondence between the
Commissioner in charge of the budget and human resources and members of
his cabinet on which you will receive a separate reply.
