Dear Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU,

Under the Regime de Acceso: Law no. 46/2007 of 24 August 2007, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) all correspondence (including emails and attachments) between the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU and stakeholders regarding National Recovery and Resilience Plans and/or Recovery and Resilience Funds up to the present day;

2) a list of all meetings between the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU and stakeholders regarding National Recovery and Resilience Plans and/or Recovery and Resilience Funds up to the present day;

3) minutes of all meetings listed above.

To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to the address above.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption.

I reserve the right to appeal.

Yours faithfully,

Lala H. Dadci

Dear Mr. Hakuma,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please allow me to tell you that a reply
from our side was already sent in the 11^th February, following a reply
signed by Mr. Sabido. Please see below that answer:

“The Portuguese Permanent Representation does not engage with stakeholders
on the national recovery and resilience plan, as this document is drafted
by the competent national authorities. In this context, you might find the
following document of interest:
