Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All reports or minutes or other notes of meetings held with EUTOP consultancy since December 2014 between the lobbyfirm and DG GROW or within DG GROW concerning EUTOP.
All written communication with EUTOP like Emails, letters etc.
The request relates to all DG officials - including the Commissioner, his Cabinet and Director General (because EUTOP wasn't in the transparency register until recently and we understand that meetings between these individuals and unregistered lobbyists cannot be physically uploaded to the Commission’s published lobby meetings lists).

Dear Madam,
We refer to your e-mail dated 23/01/2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 23/01/2016 under the above mentioned
reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today, 13/02/2017.
An extended time limit is needed as the documents requested originate from
third parties which have been consulted.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 06/03/2017.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
