La demande est réussie.

I request:-

b. a list of all DG Comp case numbers where a breach of GBER has resulted in the recovery of unlawful state aid since September 2008.

c. a list of all outstanding recovery cases, including the name of the enterprise who is excluded from receiving aid until the matter is closed.

Yours faithfully,

Gabriel Syme

Dear Competition (COMP),

I fail to see why I have received this message. It is not a relevant requirement.

The Commission posted and then withdrew a similar request in http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/numbe....

Please do the same in this case.

Yours faithfully,

Gabriel Syme
