NOx emissions note Daniel Calleja

La demande est réussie.

Dear Madam, Sir

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The 16 June 2015 note written by Daniel Calleja, director-general at the time, addressed to Tomasz Husak, then head of cabinet of commissioner Elzbieta Bienkowska, about the EU's diesel-vehicle emissions policy.

Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail.

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
