2. Incidents of smoke, fumes or odours on UK registered commercial aircraft within the EU
3. Incidents on the use of oxygen by crew on commercial aircraft within the EU
4. Incidents on the use of oxygen by crew on UK registered commercial aircraft within the EU

and the use of oxygen.
As this information is collected and stored in the European Central
Repository (ECR) within the framework of Regulation (EU) 376/2014 there
are stricter rules on the release of information. Article 20 of
Regulation (EU) 376/2014 outlines that Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 does not
apply in this situation. Therefore to request such information you should
follow the process laid down within Articles 10 and 11 of Regulation (EU)

Assuming that you are based in the UK, you will need to make any requests
for information on Regulation (EU) 376/2014 to the UK CAA, more
