Dear Mr Bass,
Many thanks for your request for information on incidents of smoke/ fumes
and the use of oxygen.
As this information is collected and stored in the European Central
Repository (ECR) within the framework of Regulation (EU) 376/2014 there
are stricter rules on the release of information. Article 20 of
Regulation (EU) 376/2014 outlines that Regulation (EC) 1049/2001 does not
apply in this situation. Therefore to request such information you should
follow the process laid down within Articles 10 and 11 of Regulation (EU)
376/2014, a link to this Regulation is here to assist
([1]http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/E...).
Assuming that you are based in the UK, you will need to make any requests
for information on Regulation (EU) 376/2014 to the UK CAA, more
information is available on their website here
([2]https://www.caa.co.uk/Our-work/Make-a-re...).
Kind regards,
