Dear Mr Wabungo,

The European Parliament hereby acknowledges receipt of your application
for public access to documents, which was registered on 15/06/2020.

All requests for public access to documents are treated in compliance with
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents:

[1]https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/...

Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 states that "if an
application is not sufficiently precise, the institution shall ask the
applicant to clarify the application and shall assist the applicant in
doing so, for example, by providing information on the use of the public
registers of documents."

Parliament does not consider your application to be sufficiently precise.
What exactly do you mean by "OCM system"? Are you referring to the OLAF
Content Management system? After search Parliament has ascertained that
the acronym "OCM" may stand for several types of organisations.

Therefore, pursuant to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
Parliament requests clarification so that it is able to identify the
documents requested.

On this basis, and pending receipt of your clarification, the legal
time-limit laid down in Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
cannot run. This is due to the fact that Parliament is not currently in a
position to process and evaluate your request within the meaning of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

Also, please be informed that applying mutatis mutandis Article 7(1) of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, your application will be handled within 15
working days upon receipt of your clarification. However, if Parliament
has not received your clarification within 20 working days of the date of
this e-mail, Parliament will consider your request withdrawn and the file
closed.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU)
2018/1725 of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with
regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions,
bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.

The European Parliament reserves the right to ask for additional
information regarding your identity in order to verify compliance with
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and the European Parliament’s implementing
measures.

Your attention is drawn to the fact that you have lodged your application
via the AsktheEU.org website, which is a private website not officially
related to the European Parliament. Therefore, the European Parliament
cannot be held accountable for any technical issues or problems linked to
the use of this system.

In addition, please note that any personal data that you provide by using

Dear Mr Wabungo,

The European Parliament hereby acknowledges receipt of your email below
which is considered as a new application for public access to documents
and which was registered on 22/06/2020 with the new above-mentioned
reference number.

Indeed, your latest email is much more specific than your previous
application with reference number A(2020)6502, which was already dealt
with and closed by providing you with the link to three documents
published in Parliament's Public Register of Documents, and therefore this
email has allowed Parliament to identify the OLAF letter and its annex to
MEP Hohlmeier mentioned therein. Since the author of such letter is OLAF,
this body needs to be consulted before a decision on public disclosure is
taken.

All requests for public access to documents are treated in compliance with
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.

regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions,
bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.

The European Parliament reserves the right to ask for additional
information regarding your identity in order to verify compliance with
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and the European Parliament’s implementing
measures.

Your attention is drawn to the fact that you have lodged your application
via the AsktheEU.org website, which is a private website not officially

cannot be held accountable for any technical issues or problems linked to
