Dear Mr Teffer,

 

The European Parliament hereby acknowledges receipt of your application

Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.

 

In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation, your application should
be handled within 15 working days. For your information, Parliament's
administration was closed on 1, 2 and 3 November 2017, which is to be
taken into account in the computing of the 15-working-day time limit.

Dear Mr Teffer,

Your request with the reference A(2017)13392 was registered on 6 November 2017 (Parliament's administration was closed on 1, 2 and 3 November). Therefore, the time limit for replying to your application would expire at the end of this day, 27 November 2017.

However, exceptionally, due to the large number of documents at stake and the fact that the internal and external consultation process for the relevant documents is still ongoing, Parliament needs to extend the time-limit for replying to your application by a further 15 working days, in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
