Dear Mr Teffer,
The European Parliament hereby acknowledges receipt of your application
for access to " All documents - including but not limited to e-mails,
minutes and 4-column tables - related to the trilogue meetings with the
Council on the organic farming regulation". It was registered under the
reference: A(2017)13392.
All requests for public access to documents are treated in compliance with
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to

In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation, your application should
be handled within 15 working days. For your information, Parliament's

All the best,

Our Reference: A(2017)13392
Dear Mr Teffer,
Your request with the reference A(2017)13392 was registered on 6 November 2017 (Parliament's administration was closed on 1, 2 and 3 November). Therefore, the time limit for replying to your application would expire at the end of this day, 27 November 2017.
However, exceptionally, due to the large number of documents at stake and the fact that the internal and external consultation process for the relevant documents is still ongoing, Parliament needs to extend the time-limit for replying to your application by a further 15 working days, in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
We thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
