Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am submitting a request for documents on behalf of Friends of the Earth Europe.
The requests concerns documents (such as agendas, Commission briefing papers and minutes) that relate to meetings as well as correspondence (such as emails, letters, faxes) between Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom, Members of her cabinet, DG Trade members of staff, and the following:

- Indonesian Palm Oil Association

- European Palm Oil Alliance

since January 1st, 2016.

Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the search for - or deliberations concerning - certain documents delay the production of others that have already retrieved and eligible for disclosure. In the event this application relates to a very large number of documents, we are open to confer informally with a view to finding a fair solution within the prescribed time limits.
