In the past 10 years, how much money has been loaned, invested or otherwise given by the EIB to the British Broadcasting Corporation and/or any of its subsidiaries.

How much interest has been repaid on loans.

Please provide details of any conditions that attach to such loans, such as the promotion of European Values.
