Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- A list of which member states have up to date notified the European Commission on the implementation of the provisions on penalties referred to in article 55 of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017

- The content of all member states' notifications of the provisions on penalties referred to in article 55 of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017

- The content of any communication from the European Commission to member states about the provisions on penalties penalties referred to in article 55 of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017

Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my request to access for documents, registered on 19/01/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/441. The time limit to respond has expired on 09/02/2018, more than a working week ago.

I have not received detailed reason for an exceptional extension of the period, as stipulated by article 7(1) of the Regulation on access to documents.

I therefore would like to kindly remind you of my request in the hope that a response will follow promptly.
