Plenary attendance and roll-call votes

La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to request the information for the plenary attendance and voting in roll-call votes for each MEP at each plenary day for each vote between 2004 and 2014.

As VoteWatch Europe puts it: "In addition the Parliament's Secretariat provides VoteWatch with machine-readable files, which we use to make sure that the data we've crawled is accurate." - See more at: http://term7.votewatch.eu/en/votewatch-g...
I would like to ask at least for the same machine-readable information as you handed out earlier.

I know the information is cumbersomely publicly available on the webpage of the European Parliament, however, I would like to enjoy the same treatment as VoteWatch, receiving machine-readible information for better and faster processing.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Christian

Dear Sir,

you can find the results of roll-call-votes votes (RCV), as well as the
attendance register (LP) for the period 2004 to 2014 in machine-readable
format in the EP Public Register of documents:

[1]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegistreWe...

By choosing the tab "By document type":

1. Documents relating to parliamentary activity

            1.2 Plenary documents

                        1.2.4 Minutes

                                    1.2.4.2 Finalised minutes

you will find the RCV and LP documents in XML and HTML format for the
period specified in your request.

Normally data are fed into the register on the day of the Plenary session
in an overnight procedure. Thus they are available the next day.

Votewatch does indeed publish information on RCV issued by the EP. The
European Parliament allows the reuse of its information, provided that the
user mentions the source. All information concerning the roll-call-votes
is public.

Feel free to contact us should you need further information / help.

Kind regards
