Publish all requests where Parliament refused public access

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

As e.g.

===

„Parliament refused public access to “all petitions that have been given to the European Parliament (PETI Committee) since 2012“, while at the same time providing references to Parliament’s Rules of Procedure as well as the Petitions Committee’s procedural guidelines and supplementary information for answering your questions.
...
Parliament had already underlined in its letter to you of 13 June 2016 (registration number D(2016)311103) that replying to repetitive and abusive correspondence is contrary to the principle of good administration, as enshrined in Article 14(3) of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour.

In consequence, Parliament will not continue the communication with you on this subject. Any future request will be dealt with only if it falls within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and it concerns identified or identifiable documents.“

===

Kindly let me know
- all names of people and
- all FOI requests (here on this platform and elsewhere)
- all names of MEPs and all names of employees how have participated in such decisions. (One person is MEP Vice president and CSU Party member Manfred Weber. Another person is Klaus Welle) where the EU parliament and its employees have decided to „refuse public access“.

Unfortunately there are strong indications for structural political corruption and therefore indications to hide information.

This request will be backuped on archive.io to have proof in case it is deleted or modified.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser
