Dear Ms Knaebel,

We refer to your e-mails dated 25 and 26 May 2016 in which you make
requests for access to documents, registered under the above mentioned
reference numbers.

Your applications are currently being handled. However, we were not in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday for 2918, 2920, 2922,
2925, 2927 and today for 2955.

An extended time limit is needed as we have a large number of requests
currently ongoing and we also need to consult the Commissioner's cabinet
for identification of the documents you requested. Some of these documents
have recently been released to other applicants that have also asked for
them through the asktheeu-website and you might find some already on-line.

We have extended the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
documents. The new time limit expires on 6 July 2016 for 2918, 2920, 2922,
2925, 2927 and on 7 July 2016 for 2955.

We apologise for the delays and for any inconvenience they may cause.

Best regards,
