Dear Energy (ENER),

I would want information about the solar energies policies, laws in the EU level and Greece

Yours faithfully,

Cristina ANDREI

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your mail related to your request for access to documents GESTDEM/2012/3236.
We regret however that in your mail you don't indicate any specific document, type of document, reference period, persons or bodies who drafted the documents or any other useful information that would allow us to identify the documents you are looking for.

As already mentioned earlier a great deal of information about EU solar energy policies is contained on the various pages of our renewable energy website (http://ec.europa.eu/energy/renewables/in...) and the information we have regarding Greece is contained in the reports submitted by the Greek government, namely the national renewable energy action plan and progress report, also on our website. Regarding Greek-EU discussions of renewable energy polices, there is also some possibly relevant material in the published Memorandum of Understanding between the European Commission and Greece (http://ec.europa.eu/economy_finance/publ...).

Can you please send us as soon as possible a clear description of the documents you are looking for?

The 15 working days' time limit for handling your application will start running when we receive the requested clarifications.

Best regards

European Commission
