Dear European Data Protection Board,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Which authorities considered that they cannot retain an infringement in this case as article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive does not explicitly mentioned a “reject option” to the deposit of cookies? (Recital 8 of the Report)?

- Any Statements, materials and other pieces of infromation submitted to or discussed during the thirteen meetings of the taskforce.

Yours faithfully,

Alexander Schmalenberger
