Request for access to documents relating to the the Laois-Kilkenny Reinforcement Project under Regulation 1049/2001

I would like to make a request for access to documents held by DG Environment of the EU Commission in relation to the following matters:

• Any correspondence received by or on or behalf of the RTS Substation Action Group and/or Ms. Fand Cooney and/or others relating to an application by EirGrid for development consent for an electricity infrastructure project called “the Laois-Kilkenny Reinforcement Project” including an electricity substation to be located at Ratheniska, Stradbally, Co. Laois, Ireland.

• Any other relevant records existing associated with such correspondence.

The relevant dates for such documents are 1st January 2013 to date. Please issue any documents to me in soft copy.
