Klaus Buster Jensen

Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to ask for all communication in the form of documents and meetings (agendas, meetings, minutes of meetings) between the DG Energy (including the commissioner, members of th cabinet and any staff in DG Energy) and the company Novozymes on the issues of biofuels, renewable energy and the renewable energy directive since January 1. 2015 until January 1. 2019.

Since it’s a very specific request, I ask of you to respond ass soon as possible and preferably within a month.

I would ask also to send the information on a rolling basis, instead of waiting until the full response is ready.

Best regards,

Klaus Buster Jensen
