Request to access an Opinion of European Commission DPO

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

(only the person who printed the document and the date of printing are redacted).
I refer to any documents received by DPO like requests for analysis of the legality of disclosure or requests for opinion by DPO on potential violation of Data protection Regulation. That email is marked as "personal", the context of email is sensitive as it refers to financial irregularities in accounts of a EC contactor (DIHR);some names of EC officials are mentioned there.
