Dear Mr. Schmalenberger,

We refer to your email dated 30/05/2023 in which you made a request for
access to documents, registered on 31/05/2023 under reference number
2023/19.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today (20/06/2023).

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit for another 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new deadline expires on 11/07/2023.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours sincerely,

on behalf of

Irene Loizidou-Nicolaidou, deputy chair of the EDPB

Dear European Data Protection Board,

it seems the password is not working. Given, that the reqest will end up on asktheeu.org anyway und thus needs no protection, maybe you can send the files again without password.

Yours sincerely,
