Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I need a letter to confirm my right to work in UK for indefinitely period as I'm a EU citizen.
I need this as a proof to a bank in my birth country for getting a mortgage.
The letter should contain my full name and the permanent National Insurance Number gave by Government.
