mentioned reference number. Please note that due to the scope of your
request, covering also areas falling under the responsibility of other
Directorates-General, parts of your request are attributed to other
Directorates-General, under the references as follows: GestDem 2019/5153:
DG DEVCO. This reply relates only to the documents held by the
Directorate-General for the Budget (DG BUDG). You will receive the replies
from the other respective Directorates-General in due course.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time

Dear Mr Koopman,
Thank you for your letter related to my access to documents request Ref GestDem No 2019/5362, sent earlier today, 31/10/2019.
Let me explain the reason for asking publication of a list of all companies which are blacklisted. I want to know whether the "administrative recommendation to DG DEVCO to blacklist the Dutch company so it cannot access EU funds for a certain number of years" (as announced by OLAF in its annual report 2018, page 19 https://ec.europa.eu/anti-fraud/sites/an...) has been accepted.
The fact that OLAF has recommended this company to be blacklisted, does not automatically mean that the Commission has done so.
I can avoid filing a confirmatory application if you can answer the following question: Has "the Dutch company", which according to OLAF was involved in bribery, been put on the list of sanctioned economic operators, or not?
All the best,
Peter Teffer
Dear Mr Teffer,
Thank you for your email of 31/10/2019. I can only refer you to DG
BUDGET's reply of the same date (Ares(2019)6771502) that sets out the
reasons for why this information is not publicly available.
