Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information about:

- the mandate of the following medical practitioners to assess insurance claims and decide about the payments under the Joint Sickness Insurance Scheme of the European Union (JSIS) or of the European Parliament: Nikolaos HASAKIDIS , Philippe Accarain,  Anne-Marie LAMBILLON, Theodore Pleros, Edmond SOKOL, Dirk VERLINDEN , Philippe BEHETS-WYDEMANS, Patrick CANDAELE , Gerald COPPENS, Yves GELLERT, Guy JOSEPH

- the services performed for the Institutions by these medical practitioners, including appointment process, contractual terms, remuneration and any legal provisions concerning their status, any specific regulations about their obligation to reveal donations, gifts or any remuneration received from third parties,

- documents or information about guidance applicable to them, provisions on their exclusivity or prevention of the potential conflicts of interest, taking into account their involvement in their own medical practices for the purpose of individual patients, their parallel employment or participation (current or previous) in other health establishment or membership in professional or lobbying association
