Dear Frontex,

Twelve days have past since my last message and you have still not provided the access codes needed to retrieve Frontex's response to my request from your internal system.

As I have stated in multiple occasions, the message sent by Frontex with the login details is not readable when sent via the site AsktheEU.org. Frontex can check for itself (again) here: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/sirs...

I will also recall that these difficulties arise from the fact that Frontex keeps deciding to ignore my explicitly stated preference to receive both the response to my request and all related documents via the AsktheEU.org site, instead of via its own internal portal. I must also state (onca again) that Frontex's decision constitutes maladministration as per the European Ombudsman's decision in case 104/2020/EWM.

In addition to this, I would like to note that Frontex's refusal to provide the login details in a readable format means I am de facto being denied a response to my request, since Frontex is knowingly providing it via a system it knows I can't access. This constitutes a violation of Article 10 (1) of Regulation 1049/2001, and of my fundamental right of access to EU documents more broadly.

I am therefore requesting once again that Frontex provides either their actual response or the login details to their internal system in a readable format. It can do so by sending its e-mail in a PDF format as an attachment as it has previously done, or by sending these codes to any of my other e-mail addresses (@gmail.com or @corporateeurope.org), which Frontex already has.

Thank you in advance.
