Social media in labour relations

Cour de justice de l'Union européenne n'avait pas les informations demandées.

Dear European Court of Justice,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:rules concerning the control of social media profiles in a labour relation. And if it is possible, some legalistive works concerning this new booming phenomena.

Yours faithfully

Dear European Court of Justice,
The response to my request has been delayed. By law, the authority should normally respond promptly and by March 20, 2015.

Yours faithfully,

Arnout

Fretwell Christopher, Cour de justice de l'Union européenne

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Court of Justice currently holds no documents about the control of social media profiles. The only document which the Court has about social media is the information relating to the use of its own Twitter accounts, which is already available on our website at: http://curia.europa.eu/jcms/jcms/P_91153/

Regards,

Christopher Fretwell
