Dear Mr Dohle,

as repeatedly pointed out to you in the context of your previous applications for access to documents of political groups and/or individual Members (most recently by letter of the Secretary General on 17 March 2016, ref.: A(2016)1093), initiatives undertaken by individual Members or political groups in connection with their political strategy, outside the official activities of the European Parliament (plenary, committee meetings and delegations) are not considered part of Parliament's work. In this respect, Rule 116(2) of Parliament's Rules of Procedure provides: "Documents drawn up by individual Members or political groups are Parliament documents for the purposes of access to documents if they are tabled under the Rules of Procedure".

As the sponsored Politico content in question was managed by the ALDE group in the context of its political activities, Parliament does not hold or record any document related to it.

Therefore, in light of the efforts already undertaken by Parliament to reply to your numerous requests for documents and information, and taking the view that replying to abusive correspondence would be contrary to the principle of good administration, as enshrined in Article 14(3) of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour (http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/en/resour...), Parliament hereby informs you that your future requests for documents will be dealt only if they fall within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and they concern identified or identifiable documents. No follow-up will be given to your subsequent correspondence, once a positive reply is provided to you.

Kind regards

Transparency rules do not apply to political groups:
'As the sponsored Politico content in question was managed by the ALDE group in the context of its political activities, Parliament does not hold or record any document related to it.'
