Stakeholder comments re services notifications
Dear DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- all comments provided to the Commission by stakeholders concerning incoming notifications regarding services, since July 1st 2020.
The background for this request is as follows: in 2019 the Commission started publishing incoming notifications regarding services (on its website https://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/imi...), inviting stakeholders to provide comments on these notifications. Following previous FOI requests submitted in March and July this year, a number of such comments were released to us. These gave us important insights into the functioning of the Commission's new mechanism around services notifications. We are now requesting access to comments that were received since July 1st 2020.
Yours faithfully,
Olivier Hoedeman

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Stakeholder comments re services notifications'.
On 25/09/2020 I submitted a requests for access to documents ("all comments provided to the Commission by stakeholders concerning incoming notifications regarding services, since July 1st 2020") I received an acknowledgement from the GROW Access to Documents Team (registered on 25/09/2020 under reference number GESTDEM 2020/5715) and an announcement that "the application will be handled within 15 working days. The time-limit will expire on 16/10/2020".
I fear that I have not received any further messages on this request since then (there is no further response on the asktheeu webpage for my request and I have searched my email and the asktheeu website for GESTDEM 2020/5715). Could you clarify what might have happened?
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/stak...

As you have just notified another similar request, could you please let me know if you want to pursue the confirmatory application?
