Dear Madams and Sirs (TRADE),

thank you for the response to my request.

Unfortunately, I only now had the time to properly go through the results.

I hope it's ok if I sent you this - slightly belated - follow up question of clarification. In my request I had specifically included the following document: the business survey conducted by Copenhagen Econonomics during which around 1000 companies were conducted.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the survey anywhere in your response - not even in the list of documents you kindly provided. Does it mean this document does not exist? However, that would surprise me, because the documents is clearly referred to on page five of the EU's impact assessment report (http://ec.europa.eu/smart-regulation/imp...). If it does exist, why did you not include it in the response to my request? Could you re-consider this, please?

Mand thanks in advance for your help and understanding.

Yours faithfully,

Pia Eberhardt

Dear Madams & Sirs,

would you mind responding to my question of clarification which I sent on 5 November? Otherwise, I'm afraid I will have to sent another access to documents request.

Thank you in advance for the clarification.

Yours faithfully,

Pia Eberhardt

Dear Ms. Eberhardt,
