Standard Chartered Bank and TTIP lobbying

La demande est partiellement réussie.

Dear Trade (TRADE),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents (meeting agendas and minutes; emails and correspondence; consultation responses; and any others) which involve Standard Chartered Bank and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership – TTIP, since 13 April 2014. I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann

Dear Ms Cann,

We refer to your request registered on 27/10/2014 in which you make a request for access to documents, under the above mentioned reference number GESTDEM 2014/5012.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 17/11/2014.

An extended time limit is needed as in order to identify the documents requested, large files have to be examined;

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 08/12/2014.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,
DG Trade
