Dear Ms. McGowan,

Thank you very much for your information request.

We wish to inform you that annual reports for the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) are adopted in September each year. These reports include detailed information on the budget execution by Member State for the various CAP measures. The reports going up to the budget year 2012 are available at the following website:

http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/cap-fund....

The amounts for the budget year 2013 will be available in the same site as of October 2014.

In the aforementioned reports you will find detailed information on the EU's reimbursements of CAP payments made and declared by the UK and Ireland for the years requested.

Best regards,
