Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I would like to obtain documents stipulating the exact voting information of the MEPs who voted on the invocation of Article 7 of the European Treaty against Hungary in September 2018. By this, I would like to request a breakdown of which MEPs were present to vote, how they voted, as well as their national and party affiliations.
Furthermore, I would also like to view the official resolution as presented by the MEPs to the Parliament.
