Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following information:

- please inform if the members of given trade union TAO-AFI (where candidate for promotion is its President at the top of the structure of this trade union) participated in voting for the promotion of this candidate in the procedure described by the judgment Case T-605/19 and in the subsequent procedures concerning their candidate Mr Raul Trujillo Herrera

- please publish number of members of JPC, that abstained from voting in favour of the promotion described by the judgement , due to lack of their objectivity, in particular number of members of TAO-AFI participating or abstaining in the voting about promotion of president of TAO-AFI, Mr Raul Trujillo Herrera

- please inform how trade unions participated in the judgment, in particular through legal service available to them or through other interventions, to co-finance of court-related costs of legal representatives of Mr Raul Trujillo Herrera

-please publish the lists of candidates or persons chosen for promotion where Mr Raul Trujillo Herrera was presented

My request is modified and now it concerns the situation, where as you stated, there is no existing document containing information above. I am asking generally to provide information requested, also in case you do not have relevant existing documents, I am asking you to prepare them on the basis of data and files in your possession concerning relevant promotion procedures so that you provide information as foreseen in Regulation 1049/2001
