Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- any emails sent to Commissioner Thierry Breton (or his cabinet) or DG Connect by a telecom operator/provider between June 15 and Monday 19 (included) complaining about comments made during a press conference on June 15.
