Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

In any case I request documents are classified as secret or confidential in accordance with Article 8 of Law 9/1968, of 5 April on official secrets.

For the correct processing of the application, I remind you that the Board of Transparency and Good Governance has issued a criterion of interpretation of what is not considered auxiliary or supporting information, and therefore itself is included in the Transparency Law.
