The organisation chart of DG Competition shows the structure of the new
Directorate K – Foreign Subsidies, its units and its leadership.
The total number of staff of Directorate K – Foreign Subsidies is 40.
As you can see from the name of the units K1, K2, K3, all units are
responsible for the implementation of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation and
there is therefore no difference between the units as regards
responsibilities.
