Dear Permanent Representation of Ireland to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
for Standards and ethics for government agencies authority in Ireland.
The Irish Administration Government of Ireland (https://www.gov.ie/en/help/departments/ )has the following origination structure
A. 18 Departments (18) (https://www.sipo.ie/ ) The Standards Commission promotes transparency and accountability in Irish public life

B. 214 Agencies (214) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

C. 31 Local authorities (31) (https://www.sipo.ie/ ) The Standards Commission promotes transparency and accountability in Irish public life

This presents that the 214 Agencies are NOT UNDER any accountable Standards or ethics regulations and legislation.

This information was provide by the The Standards Commission promotes transparency and accountability in Irish public life, They informed me (Madeline O'Brien) that they ARE NOT the regulator for 214 Agencies and do not have any information as to who is the commission for the 214 Agencies under the Irish administration government) Standards and Ethics in public offices

My request is therefore can you please provide me with the documents that show the Standards and ethics for the 214 Agencies under the Irish administration government where the public can be able to access their rights to hold Government 214 Agencies accountable for standards such as Declaration of interests and standards in office and ethics of the employees of these 214 Agencies
If there are sperate regulators and/or commissions can you also please provide full list that corresponds with the 214 Agencies
