- a list of the participants in the meeting, or any document which contains the names and agency or institution the participants represent;
- the agenda of the meeting;
- any documents used and/or exchanged during the course of the meeting;
- any documents produced by DG DEVCO for the purpose of the meeting.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 30/08/2017.

An extended time limit is needed as we have not yet finalised the process of internal consultations.

We refer to our holding reply dated 30 August 2017, by which the time limit for replying to your application was extended by 15 working days, pursuant to Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. This extended time limit expires on 20 September 2017.
