Dear Mr Taylor,

Thank you for your email which was recently received by the Press and Information Unit of the Court of Justice.

Please find attached a copy of the judgment of the Court of Justice in Case C-266/14 Federacion de Servicios Privados del sindicato Comisiones obreras (CC.OO.) v Tyco Integrated Security SL, Tyco Integrated Fire and Security Corporation Servicios SA. I also attached a copy of the press release for this case, which gives a general overview of the judgment.

I am unable to provide you with any suggestions of legislation which might be of use as this would constitute legal advice and the Court of Justice and its employees cannot provide legal advice to individuals in relation to their specific legal problems. To do so could prejudice the work of the Court if such matter were to subsequently be raised in a case before it.

Please note that all European Union legislation is freely available on the internet at

Kind regards
