Our ref.: A(2019)2402 - deadline extension

Dear Mr Badell,

The time limit to reply to your application A(2019) 2402 for access to
documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 will expire at the end of
this day. However, it is hereby extended by a further 15 working days, in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.

Since the requested documents not only pertain to the European Parliament,
but also to the Council and the Commission, the European Parliament had to
consult those two institutions on the disclosure of the requested
documents, and the process is taking more time than expected.

Our apologise for any inconvenience.

Kind regards,

TU
