UK referendum
Dear European Central Bank,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Can you publish all the documents that you have to do with the British referendum from 01/01/2016?
Yours faithfully,
Abdul Hai
Dear Mr. Hai,
The ECB hereby confirms receipt, on 13 May 2016, of your application for
access to ECB documents.
Under Article 6(1) of Decision ECB/2004/3
([1]http://www.ecb.europa.eu/ecb/legal/pdf/o...)
a request must be sufficiently precise as to enable the ECB to identify
the requested documents. As a possible withdrawal of the United Kingdom
from the European Union (the so-called Brexit) may raise a number of
issues, we would be grateful if you specify which documents or precisely
which topic(s) are of interest to you.
Upon receipt of your reply, the ECB will assess your request on the basis
of Decision ECB/2004/3.
It is also noted, for the sake of clarity that, in line with Article 10 of
Decision ECB/2004/3, publication of ECB documents that are subject-matter
of a public access request is not foreseen and all “documents released
…shall not be reproduced or exploited for commercial purposes without the
ECB’s prior specific authorisation. The ECB may withhold such
authorisation without stating reasons.”
Yours faithfully,

Dear Secretariat Inbound e-mails,
Any documents which relate to the Bank of England and it's duties.
Yours sincerely,
Abdul Hai
Dear Mr. Hai,
Many thanks for your email. As the duties of the Bank of England vary from producing secure bank notes and keeping inflation low and stable, to supervising banks and insurers and safeguarding the stability of the financial system (http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/about/Pag...), we would be grateful if you specified precisely which topic(s)/duties of the Bank are of interest to you in order to enable the ECB to identify the requested documents.
Upon receipt of your reply, the ECB will assess your request on the basis of Decision ECB/2004/3.
Yours faithfully,
Compliance and Governance Office
