Upgrading solid waste management

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

For the period between January 1st 2014 to date:

- All official documents pertaining to the "Upgrading Solid Waste Management Capacities in Lebanon" project, as described by the Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon on its website;
- All minutes of the meetings between the Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon and the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) or any intermediaries representing its interests;
- all correspondence, including attachments (i.e. emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) between the Delegation of the European Union to Lebanon (including the Head of Delegation Christina Lassen) and OMSAR or its intermediaries;
