Access to documents,

Dear Mr Nõmm,

We refer to your public access request for the ECB decision on the
withdrawal of the licence of Versobank.

Further to our previous correspondence, we would like to inform you that
on 26 April 2018, the Administrative Board of Review (ABoR) received the
notice of review concerning the decision to withdraw the authorisation of
Versobank AS as a credit institution (hereinafter the “withdrawal
decision”).

On 22 June 2018, the ABoR adopted its opinion proposing to the Supervisory
Board that the original decision should be replaced with a new decision of
identical content. On 17 July 2018 the ECB adopted a new decision,
replacing the original decision of 26 March 2018.

Bearing in mind the above, would you agree if instead of the original
decision of 26 March 2018, your request will be treated as a request for a
withdrawal decision of 17 July 2018?

Yours sincerely,
